This is SnowDragon!
My sister-inlaw wanted me to draw a dragon for her. I told her that I would draw her a dragon but she would have to get it as a tattoo. This is what I made for her. The one on the left is the original that I made with ink and colored pencil and the one on the right was colored using Photoshop.
